Global Warming, if you must

I have been observing the climate pattern in India for a long time now, and I must say I am extremely horrified these days. Completely disturbing WTF situation, which must change. In the place where I grew up, I had hardly seen ceiling fans running throughout the year. There were no coolers and I am sure nine out of ten people had no idea what an air conditioner is. Now almost 80% of my friends there own an AC. This is an exemplary scenario, the reality all around is much, much worse. Of late, I have started thinking that I should really do something about it, rather than just being a cool Intellectual Property professional (I know it does not sound cool!). I already have a few ideas, but want to seek more. So tell me what you think!
